4. Google Authentication

We offer Google OAuth as a sign-in method. When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your Google email address and basic profile information (name and profile picture). We do NOT access your YouTube data, Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services beyond authentication. Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

  • Database: cloud-hosted with encryption at rest and in transit.
  • Application infrastructure: hosted on secure cloud servers with isolated containers.
  • Generated content (images, audio, videos): stored on encrypted cloud storage.
  • All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
  • We implement access controls, monitoring, and regular security reviews to protect your data.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following categories of third-party services to operate Vidrale:

  • AI providers: to generate images, audio, and process text. Content sent to these providers is used solely for generation purposes.
  • Payment processing (Stripe): to securely handle subscriptions and payments.
  • Analytics: anonymized usage analytics to improve the Service. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
  • Infrastructure providers: for hosting, storage, and database services.

We do not use your personal data or generated content to train AI models. Your content is yours.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personally identifiable information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of DLW Corp, our users, or the public.
