        How is this different from the short film tool?
        Same engine, different writer. The kids story tool writes for children: simple words, a story with a moral, a soft narrator, and only kid-friendly styles. The short film tool plays scenes for a general audience.
        Is it safe to show to young children?
        That is what it is built for. The story rules leave out violence, fear and distress, and a child-safety rule is applied to every shot, whichever style you pick. As with anything you share with kids, watch it once before you press play for them.
        Is every story original?
        Yes. Each tale is written for your idea: new characters, a new adventure and a moral of its own. A first day at school, a friend to share with, a fear of the dark: you bring the wish, the tool writes the story.
        Which visual styles can I pick?
        Only styles made for kids: soft 3D animation, clay stop-motion, felt storybook, bedtime watercolor, pastel paper cut-outs, crayon picture book and a few more. Soft 3D is selected by default.
        How long can a story be?
        From fifteen seconds for a tiny fable to two minutes for a proper bedtime story. A short one keeps to a wish and a happy ending; a longer one gives the hero a few tries before they succeed.
        What makes a good story idea?
        One small hero, one wish or worry, one place. "A little hedgehog who is afraid of the dark and makes friends with a firefly" or "a small otter learning to swim beside a big, patient turtle" give a clear story and a moral that comes naturally.
