Video generation typically takes 3 to 8 minutes depending on length and complexity. If it has been more than 15 minutes, try refreshing the page. Your progress is saved automatically. If the issue persists, contact us with your order ID and we will investigate right away.

Credits are applied instantly after a successful payment. If yours have not updated, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in. If the problem continues, send us your payment confirmation email and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

Each style uses custom AI models trained for specific aesthetics. Try adjusting your prompt to be more descriptive, or test a different style. You can also regenerate individual scenes in the editor. If a style consistently produces poor results, let us know so we can improve it.

You can view and manage your subscription from Settings. Our plans include different video quotas, quality levels, and feature access. For billing questions, refund requests, or plan changes, contact us at contact@vidrale.com with your account email.
