Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vidrale ("Service"), operated at vidrale.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DLW Corp ("Company", "we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

When you create an account on Vidrale, you agree to the following conditions:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
• Accounts must be registered by a human. Accounts registered by automated methods (bots) are not permitted.
• You must provide a valid email address to complete the registration process.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

Vidrale offers subscription-based plans with credit allocations for video generation. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• You own the content you create using Vidrale. You may continue to use previously generated content even without an active subscription, but new exports and generations require an active subscription.
• Credits do NOT roll over to the next billing period. At each renewal, your credits reset to your plan's allocation.
• For yearly plans, credits are added monthly on the 1st of each month.
• Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may grant a refund if less than 10% of your credits have been used AND your payment was made within the last 30 days.
• For EU consumers: by subscribing, you give explicit consent to immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the Service has been accessed.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use any automated system, including but not limited to scripts, bots, or scrapers, to access the Service without our express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or access to it without our express written consent.

The Company retains all rights to the look, feel, design, and underlying technology of the Service, including all software, algorithms, models, and interfaces. You retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service, subject to compliance with these Terms. The Vidrale name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of DLW Corp.

Content generated through Vidrale is produced by artificial intelligence models. Results may vary based on input, style selection, and model behavior. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, appropriateness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing, distributing, or using it in any context. The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from the use or distribution of AI-generated content.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.

• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
• The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
• In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
• The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
