What are credits?
Credits are how you pay for what you create on Vidrale: videos, images, clips, music. The exact price shows on the Generate button before you launch, and that's the amount debited — if a generation fails, its credits come back to your balance. Agent conversations use credits too, based on the AI's actual usage. For reference, a 15-second narrated video at the Eco level costs 61 credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Not your plan's credits: at each renewal, the new monthly allocation (add-ons included) replaces whatever is left instead of stacking on top. Credits you get outside your plan — welcome credits, rewards, refunds — stay on your balance until you use them.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to your new plan's features and credits.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account gets 200 free credits — enough for about 3 videos of 15 seconds at the Eco level. No credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
